FAQ¶
Is BRO-ker custodial?¶
BRO-ker uses an assisted trading wallet model. Wallet material is encrypted at rest and used by the bot to sign user-approved transactions. Users should back up their wallet and only keep funds they intend to use through the bot.
Is trading risky?¶
Yes. Crypto assets can be volatile, illiquid, or malicious. BRO-ker does not guarantee profit, execution, price, liquidity, or token safety.
Can I export my wallet?¶
The reviewed implementation supports wallet backup export when enabled by deployment settings. Exports are sensitive, may be restricted to private chat, and may be rate-limited or audited.
Why did my trade fail?¶
Common reasons include quote expiration, price movement beyond slippage, insufficient SOL, insufficient token balance, provider errors, route changes, or confirmation timeout.
Why did copytrade skip a trade?¶
Copytrade can skip events because of disabled settings, risk limits, daily caps, missing wallet setup, no route, high price impact, token filters, cooldowns, or dry run mode.
What is slippage?¶
Slippage is the maximum difference you allow between the quoted output and the minimum output you will accept. Higher slippage can improve execution probability but can accept a worse price.
What are limit orders?¶
BRO-ker limit orders are bot-managed local orders. The bot watches market conditions and only executes after a live route can satisfy the saved output target.
How do referrals work?¶
A referral link attributes a new user to a code owner. After qualification and successful referred trades, rewards can accrue according to configured reward rules. Claims may be available when enabled and above the minimum payout.
Where do I get support?¶
Use the official support channel published by the BRO-ker team. Support should never ask for your seed phrase, private key, Telegram login code, or wallet backup screenshot.
